This year, in a continuation of my Christmas tradition, I still have one more thing to do, and that one more thing is to finish work on a future pair of curry-colored Victorian texting gloves  bore I got to bed tonight (free pattern courtesy of Catherine DePasquale).

Using a vintage acrylic yarn that I picked up many moons ago, I managed to get this far with the first fingerless glove:

Clearly, there is some work yet to be done.

At least I don’t need to wonder what I will do while I wait for Christmas to arrive.
