The week in review: May 26 through May 30, 2013

I spent most of my crochet day working on my Project Linus project.

After I finished finished appliqueing the confetti squares to the side strips, I then joined the top, bottom, and side panels to the center:

Next, I worked on squaring off the “Joe Cool” Snoopy square:

and then I laid out the border strips to see how they looked with the rest of the project:

About 3:30 EDT, I realized it was highly unlikely that I would be able to get this in the mail today, so I called Project Linus headquarters and was relieved when she said I could send it Monday, so at least now I don’t have to wonder how I will spend my weekend.
