Day 2 of road testing a “new crocheter’s” granny square afghan

In choosing a title for yesterday’s blog entry, the words “road testing” have turned out to be more accurate than I had originally anticipated. In the past two days, I have managed to log just under 100 miles running errands; so, not only can I speak to the accuracy and clarity of the directions, I can speak to the ease of travel with this project.

I am delighted to report from my car and a number of coffee tables both are excellent.

While I did not manage to finish the last six rounds of all four of the squares by 5:00 pm today, that had more to do with my schedule than any difficulty with the project. Here are several views:

So far, this had been a wonderfully fun project to make, and if I could crochet while driving, it would be done.
