The week in review: May 5 through May 9, 2013

For me, the week begins on Sunday. It’s the day of the week I am most likely to get done all the things I hope to get done, and this past Sunday, (May 5)  was no exception. Yesterday’s trip to the doctor demonstrated that the middle of the week is for me,  often filled with waiting, just as today was.

It started with waiting for the bus which was running a couple of minutes late, which was, in due time, replaced with waiting for the plumber, which was then replaced with waiting for the county inspector, but by 1:00 this afternoon, all I had left to wait for was my son to get home from school, and while I was doing all that waiting, I got stuff done.

One of the things I completed while waiting was this hat for the plumber’s wife:

Shortly before sunset, the hats were done and delivered, and I was able to use what daylight was left to complete all of the crochet tetrimino “L”s I will need for the second panel of the Tetrisghan:

All in all, it was a very productive day; now for the week in review!
