As the days grow shorter, If found myself busy out enjoying the sunshine today while I could, but before the sun set, I did manage to make visible (and measurable) progress on the felted fat-bag-to-be that I am making with a vintage color way of Red Heart wool yarn calle “Sherbert Mix::

It is an interesting mix of colors that pool in an equally interesting way, and once I had made sufficient progress on the bag, I also added yesterday’s fifteenth African flower crochet hexagon to the crochet meditation of the fourteen already completed hexagons:

Then, tonight, after the sun had set, I finished my 16th hexagon, and on my way back from dinner and a play, I spied this little gem in the window of the Urban Outfitters store in Chinatown, Washington, DC:
